Senior Advisor | Pillar Financial Security Ltd.

Marta Stiteler is an experienced financial planner specializing in financial, retirement, and estate planning.  Acting as a ‘Chief Financial Officer’ for her clients, she collaborates with accountants, lawyers and other professionals to deliver holistic solutions.
Beyond her professional work, Marta has hosted financial education events and contributed to various Hamilton-area charities. She is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Hamilton AM and remains actively involved.
Marta lives in the heart of Hamilton, ON with her partner, Pedro, and cherishes time with her two daughters and three grandchildren.

Office Manager

Vanessa Gangaram has been integral to keeping Pillar’s operations flowing smoothly for more than 10 years.  She is now the Office Manager for both Pillar Financial Security and Brown Financial Security.  Vanessa works closely with our Senior Wealth Advisors and her colleagues in operations.  She is known for her organizational finesse and warm client rapport. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her husband Carl and their daughter Monica, embracing the balance between professional excellence and family life.

Office Administrator

Margaret has a strong background in office management, scheduling and team support.  She helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.  From organizing workflows to handling communications, she ensures our operations stay efficient and on track.  Margaret is passionate about supporting out team so they can focus on what they do best.  

She loves to spend time with her family.  In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, hiking, cooking and reading.  She also loves to travel and explore new cultures and landscapes.
